Samantha is the VP of Strategy, focusing on enterprise-wide performanceimprovement initiatives that have direct impact on the bottom line. Samanthapartners with Sales and Operations to ensure quality care as well as a focus onoccupancy and NOI, prioritizing both mission and margin. Samantha received her Bachelors of Science in Human & Organizational Developmentand Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University and spent 3 years in Healthcarefocused Management Consulting. Her first project at Ultimate Seniors was to develop arobust management training program. She assembled a comprehensive curriculum,then put herself through it to ensure that future recruits would learn the fundamentalsof the business from the ground up.Samantha subsequently spent three years as an Executive Director at The Bristal atArmonk, eventually deciding to pursue an advanced degree to further her skillset.Before returning to Ultimate Seniors in 2022, Samantha earned her MBA at ColumbiaUniversity and spent time working for Welltower, a REIT in the Seniors Housing space.With a truly unique 360-degree view of the Seniors Housing industry, Samantha is anasset to the Ultimate Seniors team. As Vice President of Strategy, she is drivingcorporate development at every level through tactical, purposeful and goal-driveninitiatives. In addition to her esteemed academic achievements, Samantha has earned thedistinction of '30 under 30 Wunderkind' in 2017 as well as a '40 under 40 Rising Star'from the Business Council of Westchester in 2018.
