Staci brings a wealth of experience in startups, acquisitions, divestitures, project management, senior living operations, and leadership development. Her focus is on driving growth, fostering innovation, and leading teams to success. Her career in senior housing began at Horizon Bay Senior Living, where she held roles in administration, sales and marketing, new development, and project management. Following a merger, she transitioned to Brookdale, working in the integration office to support acquisitions, divestitures, community repositioning, and special projects. She is a certified Project Management Professional. In 2019, she joined Wickshire Senior Living's founding team, and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer.
