Dr. Douglas Olson is the President and CEO of Vision Centre, a non-profit organization focused on leadership development for aging services. Vision Centre has been established to help grow academic programs in senior living leadership across the country. For the past 22 year, he was with the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire’s health care administration program. He received his Ph.D. from University of Minnesota in Health Services Research, Policy and Administration with a minor in Management and Aging Studies, and MBA from the University of St. Thomas. He also served as a senior living and aging services leader for 15 years.
