Crystal Parrish, RN, BSN joined Arrow Senior Living in 2021. She is the Managing Director of Wellness over a growing portfolio of 44 communities, the Wellness Team, including Regional Directors and Regional Coordinators, with support to Community Wellness Directors. Crystal focuses on technology and improving wellness excellence, quality indicators, and risk management, following Arrow’s target on improving quality of life by individualizing care. Crystal has been a nurse for 15 years, starting as a floor nurse with the Veterans Administration, and then moved on to a career in senior living. Crystal is a graduate of Ursuline College in Cleveland, OH.
