Chloe Shimota began her career in senior living as an administrative intern at a skilled nursing facility during her senior year of college. Driven by a passion for helping others, she is now the Executive Director of The Pillars of Lakeville, an assisted living community she helped open in her hometown of Lakeville, Minnesota. The community is connected to a church, school, and a daycare, fostering intergenerational connections. Chloe finds fulfillment in continuous learning and making a meaningful impact on residents and their families.
