Loren is the president and chairman and CEO of Silverado. Loren is a memory care futurist and assures his organization has a culture and resources in place to empower leaders and enable associates to improve the quality of life for the residemts and patients including the families they serve. His role is to lead the overall performance of the company including forward-looking, which includes ideating and leading strategic planning, identifying new opportunities, partnering with key public policy leaders, and furthering the industry – making it possible for Silverado to achieve its mission and vision to change the world. Loren has served on numerous boards, received a variety of honors and has published books on memory care and Silverado's journey. Prior to Silverado, he was President and COO of Community Psychiatric Centers. He graduated from UW Foster School of Business.
