As National Director of Memory Care and Life Enrichment, Ashlea leads the Life Enrichment teams for Grace Management, Inc. for all levels of service from Active, Independent Living to our specialized memory care, The Village Program. She provides educational programs for communities, associates, and resident families. Ashlea completed her BA degree in Psychology and Gerontology from Northern Illinois University and her Master of Arts and Doctor of Education degrees in Gerontology from Concordia University in River Forest, IL. She holds current certifications of Certified Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care Trainer, Certified Montessori Dementia Care Practitioner, and Certified Dementia Support Group Facilitator.
