Jill Wilson-Chandler is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience in operational leadership and strategic management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Legacy IHP Solutions, she is responsible for overseeing the organization’s day-to-day operations while driving initiatives that enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and organizational growth.

Under her leadership, Legacy IHP Solutions has achieved significant milestones, including providing on-site primary care and on-call nursing services in over 60 facilities across the upper Midwest. Jill is known for her commitment to leveraging innovative solutions, technology and fostering a culture of collaboration among cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes and streamline processes.

Before joining Legacy IHP Solutions, Jill held various leadership roles in hospital administration and physician practice management. Her expertise in healthcare operations has positioned her as a thought leader in the industry.

Jill holds degrees in Master’s in Business Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelors in Occupational Therapy from the University of North Dakota.
