Scott began his career in senior living in 2012 when he took a role as National Training Specialist for It's Never 2 Late (iN2L) over that time he led trainings on resident engagment and the importance of connecting older adults to their passions. During his time at iN2L he was promoted to Training Manager and then again to National Director of Implementation and Training. While at iN2L, Scott led training in over 400 senior living communities around the United States and Canada. In 2019, Scott moved to the provider side and became the National Director of Resident Expereince for Thrive Senior Living and then in 2021 became the National Director of Engagement and Memory Care for Five Star Senior Living. There he oversaw the programming in 145 communities across the United States. In 2023, Scott became the Vice Presdient of Customer Success and Implementation for CarePredict where he currently leads a team to ensure communities utilize CarePredict to its fullest. Scott resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado and is a husband and father to four boys.
