Mr. Gagliano has worked for CareerSource Suncoast since 2009 and was promoted to Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2022. During his 15 years at CareerSource Suncoast, he has connected with thousands of businesses and community partners around the mission of recruiting, training and retaining talent for the Suncoast. He has served on boards and committees for local colleges, chambers of commerce and economic development organizations and currently serves as an advisory board member for the Small Business Development Center at the University of South Florida.
Mr. Gagliano has served on the HR Florida State Council since 2023 in the Core Leadership Area of Director of Workforce Readiness. Prior to serving on the state council, Mr. Gagliano sat on the board of directors for the Sarasota-Manatee Human Resources Association (SHRA) for 4 years in various roles such as communications, sponsorship and technology. He has been a SHRA member since 2016.
Mr. Gagliano is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism. His writing has appeared in the Tampa Bay Times, Bradenton Herald, the Valdosta Daily Times and online at MLB.com.
