I am a Pacific Northwest native, having spent a decade working for the RD Merrill company. We are a mixed portfolio of Senior and Residential housing, and I work as a Technical Product Specialist supporting a robust suite of software products. My primary focus is in software product implementation, troubleshooting complex end user issues, optimizing CRM and leasing platforms, and ensuring our tech stack alligns with our operational goals and vision. When I'm not talking shop, you will 100% find me doing anything in the outdoors. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, backpacking, traveling, or exploring a new wine region, just to name a few.
