Francine O’Neill is the Chief Nursing Officer for The Arbor Company, a senior living provider based in Atlanta, Georgia. Over the past 15 years, Francine has been a part of growing the organization leading the resident care departments, quality improvement efforts, risk management, clinical process, and policy development. She has played an integral role in opening several new communities in multiple states.

Her expertise and background in healthcare administration have been utilized to implement innovative care programs and automate processes at The Arbor Company. She has spearheaded leadership development programs for the organization’s care directors impacting performance and retention in these key roles.

Most recently she has led the implementation of a companywide software program to streamline information sharing among internal departments and external providers.

Francine’s background includes clinical and operational leadership roles across the continuum of care including acute care hospitals, CCRCs, skilled nursing, hospice, and assisted living.

Francine holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration degree.
