She currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Resident Care at Commonwealth Senior Living, where she excels in optimizing clinical operations, implementing innovative care strategies, and driving sustainable business growth while ensuring cost efficiency. A proven leader in enterprise-wide initiatives, Stephanie is skilled in enhancing regulatory outcomes, mentoring emerging leaders, and cultivating high-performing teams. Her passion for developing impactful training programs and data-driven strategies has led to improved care delivery and enriched resident experiences. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She is an active participant in industry organizations, including Argentum, the American Nurses Association, and serves as a mentor for Women in Leadership (WIL), where she advocates for best practices and innovations in senior living.
