In this session, we will discuss the process for developing an Emergency Preparedness Plan and the factors influencing the decision to shelter in place or evacuate. We will also consider strategies to ensure not only patient safety but also the ability to offer continuity of care during an emergency. Lastly, we will review the process for evaluating our plan and opportunities for improvement.
