He has served as the Chief Operating Officer and Operations Controller for two large regional skilled nursing and assisted living healthcare providers in the Northeast. During his tenure with these organizations he implemented operational controls and procedures resulting in significant improvements in overall financial performance, compliance with regulations, and quality of care. He has been selected to support the managing members in developing all operational and financial policies aligned with the company’s focus on compliance and culture.
