The call for presentations is now closed. Notifications will be sent in mid-November.

Please read the following carefully before submitting a proposal.

The Senior Living Executive Conference invites thought leaders, innovators, and subject matter experts to submit ideas for the 2025 Senior Living Executive Conference. These ideas will be reviewed by the conference Senior Living Executive Conference Steering Committee for possible inclusion in the 2025 agenda.

Important: Industry supplier proposals will only be considered if it includes an Owner/Operator presenter and focuses on a case study.

PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Details for all proposed speakers, including name, title, company, bio, and CV.
  2. A strong session description, learning objectives, and general outline for each submission.

Only proposals that are fully completed will be considered for breakout sessions.

NEW FOR 2025 -

Breakout sessions are typically 45 minutes in length (approximately 30 minutes for presentation followed by 15 minutes of Q&A) addressing topics in the following focus areas:

  • Clinical Wellness
  • Dining & Hospitality
  • Employee Experience (Formerly Human Resources & Workforce)
  • Finance & Development
  • Leadership
  • Operations
  • Quality Improvement & Risk Management
  • Resident Engagement
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Technology

DATES & DEADLINE:

  • Call for proposals open - August 5, 2024
  • Deadline to submit proposals - September 6, 2024
  • Acceptance / denial emails send - Week of November 11, 2024

PROPOSAL GUIDELINES:

Product pitches will not be accepted. Industry supplier proposals will only be considered if it includes an Owner/Operator presenter and focuses on a case study.
