Brenda has worked in healthcare since 1994, starting her career in a skilled nursing facility after earning her BSN from the University of North Dakota. She has held various nursing leadership roles, including Director of Nursing at Lyngblomsten Care Center in St. Paul, MN. In 2013, she became a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and served as Administrator at Lyngblomsten. In 2020, she pursued a Master’s in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota and transitioned to Lifespark. In April 2022, Brenda joined Ebenezer as Vice President of Operations. She also serves on the LeadingAge of Minnesota Board of Directors.
