Rebecca's journey in senior living began at 16 when she volunteered in a local memory care facility. During this formative experience, she discovered her passion for enriching the lives of seniors. Following the passing of her grandmother, Rebecca committed herself to creating vibrant, nurturing environments for residents, regardless of their cognitive abilities.

Over the past 25 years, Rebecca has held various leadership positions, including Executive Director and Regional Director of Operations. Currently, she serves as the Vice President of Operations for Bridge Senior Living, overseeing 12 communities across the Southeast, specializing in independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
