Steve brings nearly 40 years of food and hospitality service operations, clinical nutrition and business development experience to the Senior Living and Healthcare industry. Steve has helped build two well-established healthcare support service outsourcing providers to national and global status. After five years as principal of his own company, Steve joined forces with Unidine as a shareholder and executive team member. He was a division president for the senior living culinary group and SVP of strategic account and new business development. As Chief Commercial Officer for Strategic Dining, Steve leads strategic growth and market strategy.
