Helyse Markham currently serves as the Senior Director of Organizational Standards for Management & Training Corporation overseeing the auditing, compliance, national partnership and implementation activities for the company's Job Corps division. For the past 16 years, she has focused on addressing the critical needs of underprivileged youth in the Job Corps program in the areas of public relations, admissions, placement, business and community partnerships, finance, support operations and compliance. Markham has a bachelors degree in journalism emphasizing in public relations from the University of Nevada, Reno, a masters degree in communication and leadership studies from Gonzaga University and is currently working on her Ph.D. in organizational leadership. She is also Accredited in Public Relations (APR) by the Universal Accreditation Board/Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
